Nicole Rawlings was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and currently serves as the FFT (Functional Family Therapy) Clinical Supervisor, where she channels her passion for community service. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Norfolk State University in 2015 and recently completed her graduate studies at Capella University in March 2024, receiving a Master of Behavioral Science in Marriage and Family Therapy along with a certificate in Child Play Therapy.

A fun fact about Nicole is that she is an identical twin and takes great pride in being a mother. In her spare time, she enjoys expressing herself through poetry, dancing, and staying active by playing sports. As a mental health advocate, Nicole firmly believes in the power of healing communities and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
