Rebecca Janney has a master's degree in applied behavior analysis and a master's degree in healthcare administration. She currently rules as Civitas Health RBT Team Lead. She has worked in various mental health settings such as home-based, clinical, school-based, and non-profit organizations. A major focus of her work has been autism spectrum disorder and helping her clients develop healthy coping skills, life skills, social skills, and communication skills through picture exchange and vocalization. She has also been helping her clients reduce problematic behaviors and prevent self-harm and escape. Her experiences as a teacher and her work with a couple of children on the spectrum influenced her to begin her journey in the ABA field and she has worked to help children with autism and reduce negative behaviors within culturally diverse communities. .
