Three of our core values (Communication, Accountability, and Excellent Customer Service) are integral in upholding our ethics and compliance and we stand by them in our mission.
Risk Management
To sure up our commitment to our customers and in addition to our policies and procedures, we have established a robust Compliance Department, developed a written Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, and a highly detailed Compliance Manual. Our Compliance Department reports directly to the Executive Team and is our liaison for customer service-related matters. The Compliance Department can be reached by email at privacyofficer@civitashealth.com.
We believe in open communication and strongly encourage reporting problems and concerns regarding inappropriate or unethical actions. All allegations are to be reported to a direct supervisor, a member of our management team, the Compliance Officer, or through our online compliance reporting form. Civitas Health Services, Inc. takes all allegations seriously and we do not tolerate any form of retaliation for reporting potential violations.
